Do you offer classroom packs?

Yes we do! Custom packs are available for classrooms. If you’re a teacher fill out this form for or if you’re a group leader submit a quote on the site or email us at wholesale@owlcrate.com and we’ll work with you on custom options.

Are your boxes available in languages other than English?

Not at this time.

Payment

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay and Shop Pay.

Do you accept purchase orders?

If you’re a teacher or work at a school a Purchase Order is possible. Fill out this form to get in touch so we can proceed with PO’s as an option for you.

Do you offer a bulk discount?

Yes! We offer a bulk discounts which are applied at checkout. You can see those offers on each product page.

Do you accept tax exempt offers?

Yes, please contact us at wholesale@owlcrate.com to setup your customer account so that we can input the appropriate tax exempt status information and documents. From there you’ll be able to place orders and your tax exemption will apply at checkout.

Ordering and Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 3-6 business days of being purchased. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your shipping notification and tracking number.

Please note: Shipping notifications will be sent at the time your shipment is processed/shipping label is printed but it can take a couple of days before USPS/FedEx/etc officially scans your package and you start seeing movement. Don't worry, your order is on the way!

Once shipped, most customers within the US will receive their box within 2-5 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates vary depending on location and what you’re ordering. If you proceed through checkout you will see shipping costs before payment.

If you are ordering bulk items we highly recommend you add items to a quote, submit them to us and we can review to provide better freight rates.

 

What countries do you ship to?

At this time we are only shipping to the United States. As we grow and scale OwlCrate Book Emporium we are looking to add new countries. If you’d like to be contacted when we add new countries, please add your name to this form.
